Summary:
Enforcing resort rules in a respectful/educational manner Escort members/guests to lodging accommodations or campsites and demonstrate high level of hospitality service.
Monitor and protect resort property against criminal activity and damage.
Perform regular patrols of the resort via walking or golf cart.
Assist emergency responders if needed.
Weekends and holiday shifts are required Provide guests/members and staff with excellent customer service
Essential Functions:
Learn and enforce resort rules to protect the safety and well-being of all member/guests.
Escort members/guests to lodging accommodations or campsites and provide a brief verbal tour of the resort and the resort amenities Monitor daily activity of resort, report any suspicious activity to resort manager Demonstrate a high level of hospitality at all times.
Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods at a time While preforming duties you will be required to stand, walk, climb, balance, and listen This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Other duties required per manager on duty Required Skills/
Qualifications:
Observant, detail-oriented, not easily distracted, ability to identify threats quickly.
Active listener to identify complaints and receive information on questionable activity, good reporting skills, integrity.
Ability to communicate effectively(written/oral) with members/guests, employees, and management Excellent customer service Good Time management skills Required Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years security experience Some report writing experience Work Environment:
While preforming job duties these work environments will be encountered Wet conditions Dry conditions Hot / Cold temperature Moving mechanical parts Vehicles (Golf Cart) Noise levels may be loud at times Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
