The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices and managing the billing operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
Create financial reports and balance ledgers.
Prepare tax reports and calculations.
Prepare bank deposit forms.
Answer customer questions and resolve billing issues.
Respond to customer requests for billing changes.
Track order numbers, credit card balances, payments, and billing information.
Manage accounts receivable (revenue).
