Seeking a Maintenance E&I Superintendent DIMES
Our Client Company is the largest integrated marketer and manufacturer of uncoated free-sheet paper in North America. They own and operate 10 pulp and paper mills and boast an annual paper production capacity of approximately 3.4 million tons of uncoated free-sheet paper. Currently, they are seeking a Maintenance E&I Superintendent in Ashdown, Arkansas. The salary is $120k - $148k with relocation assistance available.
The Maintenance E&I Superintendent manages and optimizes the electrical maintenance operations in production, safety and health, performance, quality, productivity, cost, customer satisfaction and environmental compliance. He/she will need an advanced level of knowledge of the paper-making process operations and maintenance planning and, at the same time, be able to promote teamwork and continuous improvement for delivery on all customer requirements and service initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Five or more years of leadership in an industrial environment, and 10
years of applicable electrical expertise
An advanced level of knowledge and a demonstrated track record in leading and managing world-class safety performance
Demonstrated abilities and high-level results in electrical maintenance planning, scheduling, quality assurance, human relations, and continuous improvement
Superb interpersonal communication skills for advising, recommending or counseling, in addition to written communications such as documentation, internal memoranda, letters, procedures, and reports/proposals
Ability to manage by influence and lead by example
